Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and single-use sign-in tokens. Sceneflow has no passwords.
- Content you create: prompts, reference images you upload, and every generated still, draft, finished clip and extracted frame.
- Usage and cost records: which generations ran, when, on which model, and what they cost, kept in an append-only ledger per project.
- Payment status: whether a purchase succeeded and which pack or plan it was. We never see or store card numbers; Paddle handles payment details.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and debugging.
Why we use it
- To run the service: generate what you ask for, store it so you can reach it, and enforce your budgets.
- To bill correctly and to answer cost questions with the ledger.
- To keep the service secure and to fix faults.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train models.
Who processes data on our behalf
- BytePlus Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), video generation: receives your prompt and reference frames.
- Google LLC, image generation and editing: receives your prompt and reference images.
- Anthropic PBC, the planning agent: receives your brief and, for quality checks, generated stills.
- Cloudflare, Inc., object storage and hosting: stores your media and serves this site.
- Paddle.com Market Limited, payments and invoicing, as merchant of record.
Each provider receives only what its step needs and is bound by its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
- Generated media stays in storage until you delete it, or 90 days after your account is closed.
- Ledger and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
- Sign-in tokens expire after 15 minutes and are single-use.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to support@thesceneflow.com. Where the law of your country gives you further rights (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), we honour them.
International transfers
Data is processed in the providers’ regions listed above, including Singapore, the United States and the European Union. Media in storage is held by Cloudflare in an automatically chosen region.
Cookies
The app uses one strictly necessary cookie for your session. This site uses no tracking cookies.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes are announced by email to account holders.
